Hello all, what a week it’s been so far! The official opening of Avoriaz at the weekend with great snow and bluebird skies, was a fabulous start to the season. This weekend we look forward to the official opening of Morzine and Les Gets and the start of all the news re restaurants and bars.

An iconic dish from the Abondance Valley, Berthoux is a traditional Savoyard recipe that originated in the mountain pastures. Originally, shepherds used Abondance cheese, slowly melted with cream and garlic, to create a simple, nourishing dish full of character, perfect after a long day in the mountains.
