Freeride zone: 100% secure area dedicated to freeriding Looking for some adrenalin? The secure freeride zone at Chamossière is the ideal spot. Easily accessible by chairlift, the large open combe lends itself particularly well to this discipline. The width of the area, its relief and its altitude ensure natural snow cover and great conditions all winter long. A ski patroller checks the area every morning, allowing even the most experienced skiers to enjoy themselves in complete safety.

Spartan Winter trail 15 December 2024: Spartan is the leader in adventure racing, with 7,000 Spartans coming to Morzine every summer. This is now the fourth year that Morzine has organized a winter event, the Spartan Winter Trail (10k and half marathon) in addition to the summer Spartan Race. Two challenging races on snow covered mountain trails.
Morzine, enchanted village 21 December to 5 January 2025: Morzine comes alive with the sounds of parades, brass bands, Christmas markets, fireworks and the arrival of Father Christmas… Over 40 events, shows, welcome parties, walks and workshops are on offer for holidaymakers. Morzine takes care of you. 10 to 14 March 2025: Morzine’s well-being week features workshops in massage, yoga, reflexology and aromatherapy. The concept is to take advantage of a natural setting and the pure, invigorating mountain air to look after your body and mind.
Race of Champions 1st weekend in April: 600 children aged 8 to 16 compete in a morning ski race before parading through the streets of the village.
