La Pass’Portes - June 26 – 28
This 22nd edition of one of Europe’s largest mountain biking gatherings will take place across the 12 resorts of the Franco-Swiss Portes du Soleil ski area. Rides are available starting from Les Gets (mountain bikes, e-mountain bikes, kids, gravel, and hiking). Information at www.passportesdusoleil.com/
THE CYCLING GRAND PRIX - JULY 4 - 5
The Grand Prix de Cyclisme des Gets is the new event organized by the Wetzayers, where speed and agility will be key. Combining several timed trials, participants tackle a series of loops and steep climbs. The final ranking is determined by the cumulative times of each participant. The event is open to road bikes and gravel bikes, for riders aged 12 and up.
DH KIDS CUP - JULY 4 - 5
A competition dedicated to young riders who practice downhill mountain biking. Organized by the Les Gets Cycling Club, children ages 7 to 14 take part in a downhill race just like the adults. Open to all upon registration
BIKE WEEK - JULY 20 – 24
A wide range of bike-themed activities: creative, fun, and athletic workshops, shows, sports challenges… for all ages. A family-friendly event offering a variety of activities and the chance to try different cycling disciplines.
Mountain Bike World Cup — August 20 – 23
The International Cycling Union (UCI), in partnership with Warner Bros Discovery Sports and the Department of Haute-Savoie, has once again selected Les Gets to host the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series. The resort will be the epicenter of the Downhill (DHI), Cross-Country Short Track (XCC), and Olympic Cross-Country (XCO) events.
