Lac De Nyon Guerin

There’s 2 routes to access the magnificent Lac de Nyon Guerin.

Option 1:

From the Nyon Plateau (accessible by car via the Joux-Plane road or the Nyon gondola). The route starts opposite the top of the Pré Favre chairlift; follow the signs for Lac de Nyon-Guérin/Lac de Joux-Plane/Pointe de Nyon.

At sign “Creux du Laouet: 1480m”, continue towards Lac de Nyon-Guérin. You will soon reach the chalets of Nyon Derrière (1530m) and Nyon du Creux (1620m). Lac de Nyon-Guérin is visible just behind these chalets (an artificial lake used for the snow cannons of the Morzine ski area).Return via the same route.

Option 2:
You can also take the Pointe de Nyon chairlift to enjoy an exceptional 360° panoramic view. From the summit of Pointe de Nyon, a new trail, entirely downhill, leads to Lake Nyon-Guérin. This alternative route offers breathtaking views of Morzine and the Vallée d'Aulps.

There are sign post clearly marked along the route and benches located around the lake. Its a must see!
